Friday, November 10, 2017           Scholz’s Saengerrunde Halle

5:30 pm – 9:00 pm                           Pre-registration Check-in, Late Registration, and
                                                         Spirit items sales/pickup

7:00 pm – 8:30 pm                           Business meeting and rehearsal

8:30 pm – Midnight                          Purchase food from Scholz’s restaurant and return
                                                         to the Saengerrunde Halle for social time

Saturday, November 11, 2017      UT CAMPUS

7:00 am                                          LHAB Shuttle begins @ Speedway Parking Garage

8:00 am – 9:00 am                         LHAB Pick up Name tags, BBQ wristbands,
                                                       Spirit Items, Instruments, and Music (Band Hall)

8:30 am – 9:00 am                         LHAB Section Leader Meeting (Byrd Room)

9:00 am – 9:30 am                         LHAB Shuttle/Walk to Denius Practice Facility (Bubble)

9:00 am – 9:30 am                         Set Up/load in (Bubble) - KKY Active Members ONLY
                                                       all others remain outside Denius facility until 9:15 am)

9:15 am - 9:25 am                          LHAB begin entering Bubble

9:30 am - 11:30 pm                        LHAB Playing and Marching Rehearsal (Bubble)

11:30 pm - 12:00 pm                      Combined Rehearsal with LHB (Bubble)

12:15 pm - 2:45 pm                        LHB Rehearsal (Bubble)

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm                       LHAB BBQ Meal (Breezeway between BSOM and TPA)

2:15 pm – 3:15 pm                         LHAB Pick up Vests – Choir Room 2.106
                                                       must be in uniform  - Black pants, Black shoes/socks,                                                             White collared shirt

3:30 pm                                          LHAB Line up to march to stadium

3:50 pm                                          LHAB step off for stadium

4:10 pm                                          LHB step off for pre-game concert

5:00 pm                                          Kickoff – BTHOOKU!!!!
