5:00-8:15 pm                Pick up Nametags, BBQ wristbands, Spirit Items; Late registration; Instruments & Music; London Uniforms Distribution

7:00-8:15 pm                Business Meeting, Scholarship Presentations, Playing Rehearsal

SATURDAY, October 18

10:00 - 11:00 am           Pick up Nametags, BBQ wristbands, Spirit Items; Instruments & Music; London Uniforms Distribution (water, juice, snacks) (Band Hall)

10:00 - 11:00 am           Section Leader Meeting (Byrd Room)  

11:15 am                      Shuttle/Walk to Denius Practice Facility (Bubble)

11:30 am                      Set Up/load in (Bubble)

12:00 – 2:00 pm            LHAB Playing and Marching Rehearsal (Bubble)

2:15 - 2:45 pm              Combined Rehearsal with LHB (Bubble)

3:00 - 4:00 pm              LHB Rehearsal (Bubble)

3:00 - 4:15 pm              LHAB BBQ Meal (Breezeway between BSOM and COFA)

4:15 pm                        LHB BBQ Meal (Band Hall)

4:30 - 5:30 pm              Pick up Vests - must be in uniform (2.106)

5:30- 5:48 pm               LHAB Line-up for march down

5:50 pm                        Call-to, LHAB step-off for march-down to DKR-TMS

6:30 pm                        LHB Line-up and Step-off

7:00 pm                        Kickoff
